How the money works

  • Every product runs on its own P&L. Its own value, costs, break-even and margin — nothing is cross-subsidised.
  • All guest funds are held in escrow. Money is ring-fenced per product, never pooled or spent early.
  • We reach the COGS target in escrow before any payment goes out. The cost of delivering the trip is secured first, so the experience can always be delivered — protecting the guest and our partners.
  • We only take our margin once the product hits its minimum booking target. If it doesn't reach break-even, guests are refunded and we earn nothing.
  • It aligns every interest — and it makes us work harder. We're paid for delivering a full, viable departure, not for taking a booking.
